In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "cyl88", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the cyl88 platform, its operators, and affiliated entities operating the services available at cyl88.biz.
• "Platform" — refers collectively to the cyl88.biz website, any associated mobile applications, and all services, games, and content accessible through those channels.
• "Member", "you", "your" — refers to any natural person who has completed account registration on the cyl88 Platform and whose registration has been accepted by cyl88.
• "Account" — refers to the individual member account created upon successful registration, which holds a member's balance, transaction history, and preference settings.
• "Balance" — refers to the total funds held in a member's cyl88 account, comprising both real-money deposits and any applicable bonus amounts subject to separate wagering conditions.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or deposit match amounts credited to a member's account pursuant to a cyl88 promotion, subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotional terms.
• "Qualifying Bet" — refers to a wager that meets all conditions necessary to contribute toward satisfaction of a wagering requirement attached to a bonus or promotional offer.

By registering an account with cyl88, you confirm and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• All personal information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current;
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on any gambling platform or operator;
• Your use of the cyl88 Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing it, and you accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of your participation;
• You are not a director, employee, agent, or consultant of cyl88 or any of its affiliated suppliers, nor are you a close relative of any such person.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the cyl88 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

cyl88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

Members are solely and exclusively responsible for the security of their account credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with their cyl88 account. cyl88 shall bear no liability for losses, whether financial or otherwise, arising from a member's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.

Members must not share their account credentials with any other person. cyl88 will treat all activity conducted through a member's account — whether or not authorised by the member — as the sole responsibility of the registered account holder. cyl88 will not reverse transactions, reimburse losses, or restore funds lost as a result of a member's own negligence regarding credential security.

If a member suspects unauthorised access to their account, they must contact cyl88 support immediately. cyl88 may, at its discretion, temporarily suspend the account pending investigation upon receipt of such a report.

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. cyl88 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its current fee schedule, details of which are available upon request to cyl88 support. Members will be notified prior to any such fee being applied.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). cyl88 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of deposit, which include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and USDT TRC20, among others. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. cyl88 does not accept deposits from credit cards. All deposit funds must originate from a payment method registered in the member's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the member's most recent deposit where reasonably possible. cyl88 reserves the right to request additional verification prior to processing any withdrawal request. Estimated processing times are indicative and may vary depending on the chosen method and volume of pending requests.

cyl88 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) controls in accordance with applicable international standards. cyl88 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any deposit or withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect the funds involved are the proceeds of unlawful activity. Such suspected transactions may be reported to the relevant authorities. Members consent to such reporting by virtue of their continued use of the Platform.

cyl88 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional incentives to its members. Each promotion is governed by the specific terms applicable to that promotion, which will be stated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and Conditions and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the applicable promotion terms before they may be withdrawn.
• cyl88 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, collusion, or exploitation of software errors — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Members may only participate in one welcome offer. Attempting to claim a welcome offer more than once, including through a second account, constitutes bonus abuse.
• cyl88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility for any promotion before releasing bonus funds or associated winnings.

All bets and wagers placed on the cyl88 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the product in question — sportsbook, live casino, slots, or other game categories. These rules are accessible within each product section of the Platform.

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement and confirmed by the system. In the event of a manifest pricing error, cyl88 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake. Live in-play bets are accepted subject to availability at the time of placement; delays in acceptance may result in odds movement.

Live casino outcomes are determined by physical dealing, spinning, or rolling processes conducted by studio dealers. In the event of a technical failure on the part of cyl88 or its live casino providers that interrupts a live game round, the relevant game provider's dispute resolution procedures will apply. cyl88 will use reasonable endeavours to ensure fair resolution.

In the event of a system or software malfunction that results in an incorrectly stated outcome, a bet will be considered void and the relevant stake refunded. cyl88 reserves the right to void bets that were placed during a period in which cyl88 or a third-party provider's systems were operating incorrectly, regardless of whether the error was apparent to the member at the time.

Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on or in connection with the cyl88 Platform:

• Using automated bots, scripts, crawlers, or any other automated tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by cyl88;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain;
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or other strategies that exploit promotional terms in a manner cyl88 considers abusive;
• Colluding with other members or third parties to influence game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity through the Platform;
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward cyl88 staff or other members;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise obtain the source code of any cyl88 software;
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment in good faith.

cyl88 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including but not limited to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral of information to relevant law enforcement authorities.

All content on the cyl88 Platform — including but not limited to the cyl88 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, audio, video, and game content supplied by third-party providers — is the exclusive property of cyl88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, creation of derivative works, public display, or any commercial exploitation of Platform content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cyl88 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable to any member for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a member's use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill arising in connection with use of cyl88 services;
• Losses arising from interruption of service, system downtime, or technical failures beyond cyl88's reasonable control;
• The conduct or content of third-party game providers accessible through the cyl88 Platform;
• Any decisions made by a member in reliance on information displayed on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits cyl88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

cyl88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a member's account at any time, with or without notice, if cyl88 determines in its reasonable discretion that:

• The member has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• The member has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• The member has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity;
• Account closure is required to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or directives from regulatory authorities;
• Continued account operation poses a legal, financial, or reputational risk to cyl88.

Upon permanent closure of an account for cause, cyl88 may forfeit any balance held in the account. Where closure is not for cause — for example, where a member voluntarily requests closure — any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the member via a payment method approved by cyl88.

cyl88 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform includes a range of responsible gaming tools accessible from member account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Members may activate these tools at any time without contacting support.

Self-exclusion requests will be actioned immediately upon receipt. During a self-exclusion period, cyl88 will take reasonable steps to prevent the member from accessing the Platform.
